- Next-Day (1-2 Days): $39.99
Orders placed before 12:00PM ET (Monday-Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM ET or on weekends will ship the next business day.
Please note: United World Soccer is not liable for any international customs fees or charges. Customers are solely responsible for any additional charges or fees that may arise during and/or after the shipment of their order.
Return / Exchange Policy
To process a return, please visit our Returns Center.
Our return / exchange policy is simple: Free Returns, 30 Days, Original Condition.
Free Returns: U.S. purchases on most items are eligible for free returns. Visit our Returns Center to process your return and print your pre-paid shipping label.
Discounted Items: Due to the deep discounts we offer on certain products, all products marked down from their original price are final sale. This does not include promotions where a promo code is used to receive a discounted price.
30 Days: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
Original Condition: returned / exchanged items must be unused, unwashed and include the original tags and packaging. We strongly recommend trying on footwear indoors.
Please note: customized items, including jerseys with a name / number(s), cannot be returned or exchanged. Both shipping method upgrades and Gift Cards are non-refundable. Free returns and exchanges for one exchange per oder.
How do refunds work?
Visit our Returns Center for step-by-step instructions. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10-14 days.
How do exchanges work?
If you need a different size, color or item please visit our Returns Center to receive store credit and place a new order.
Defective Returns
We accept returns and exchanges of defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. Like you, we play soccer and know the normal wear and tear of soccer gear. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of normal wear and tear.
If your product is deemed defective, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
Item not received?
Please check your tracking information - if the mail service confirms delivery at the shipping address used by the customer and the customer claims they did not receive their package Pele Soccer is not liable for stolen packages to non-secure locations. Please check with all household members or neighbors if you do not have your package and one of our mail services confirms the order's delivery.
