How do I check the status of my order?

Are the products on this site official?

     United World Soccer sells official products from the world’s top sport brands: adidas, New Balance, Nike and PUMA.

    How will a product fit?

    Our goal is to give you confidence by providing detailed information on how each and every product fits. Still, sometimes it is best to try something on. That’s when our free shipping and returns come in handy. No fit, no foul.

    What if a product is out of stock?

    If you would like to purchase an item that is out of stock, please contact our Supporters at supporters@unitedworldsoccer.com 

    Can I personalize a jersey?

    Yes! Add your favorite player’s name and number, or your own. Personalization is available on select jerseys before adding the item to your cart.

     
    How do I review a product?

    How do I care for my jersey?

    Take care of your jersey, and it will take care of you. We highly recommend washing jerseys inside out, in cold water and then to dry.

    What if a product I purchased is defective?

    We accept returns and exchanges of defective products within 30 days of the purchase date. Like you, we play soccer and know the normal wear and tear of soccer gear. We do not accept returns for items that show signs of normal wear and tear.

    What is United World Soccer’s return / exchange policy?

    We accept returns and exchanges in the original condition within 30 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused, unwashed and include the original tags and packaging.     

    How do I make a return / exchange?

    Write the details of your return / exchange on the packing slip and use the pre-paid return shipping label that came with your order. If you need a different size, color or item please contact our Supporters at supporters@unitedworldsoccer.com to verify we have it in stock.      

    When will I receive my refund?

    10-14 days after your return is approved.          

    Can I return a sale item?

    No, sale items are final sale.

    Who pays for the shipping?

    Returns and exchanges don’t cost you a penny. Use the return shipping label that came with your order.

    Can I return a purchase in-store?

    Yes! Please write the details of your return / exchange on the packing slip and include it with your return. Please note, your return will be processed the next business day and we do not offer cash refunds.

    Can I return a gift?

    Your secret is safe with us. Contact our Supporters (supporters@unitedworldsoccer.com), and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange or store credit. Please note, refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

    Are gift cards refundable?

    Gift cards are non-refundable.

    Standard shipping is free with a United World Soccer account. Sign up today.

    When will I receive my order?

    When your order arrives depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

    Two-Day: 2-3 business days
